I can't give you an honest price for renovations and refurbishments in Cheltenham until I've seen the house. A figure on a web page would only be a guess, and you can't plan your money around a guess. The cost comes down to what the work takes in, so that is what I need to know first.
A refurbishment can be one room or most of the house. I do bathroom and kitchen renovations, home extensions, garage and loft conversions and landscaping, as well as whole-home work. A new bathroom on its own is a different job to price from a kitchen moved into an extension. Tell me which of those your plans cover, even the parts you haven't decided on yet.
To quote, I need your address, photos of each room as it is now, and where any extension or conversion would go. I work across Cheltenham and nearby towns such as Bishop's Cleeve and Winchcombe. Once I have that, I'll come round, walk through it with you and price what you've asked for.
If your plans take in more than one of those jobs, I'll price them together on the same visit. Have a look at how I approach Renovations & Refurbishments, then send your photos to me at Alpha Renovations Ltd and I'll book a time to come round.
