We build decking, paving and patios, retaining walls and steps, fencing, new lawns, artificial turf and raised beds. Most gardens combine several of these, so we plan the levels, drainage and layout first and then build each part in order, from groundwork and walls to surfaces and planting areas.

Sloping gardens often need retaining walls and steps before a level patio or lawn is possible, and that groundwork is a large part of the cost. The size of the area, the materials you choose for paving or decking, and access for machinery and deliveries also affect the price.
